I have helped many people to curb self/other destructiveness, improve relationships and have a more successful home and work-life, while learning to be more kind to themselves and others.

Profound loss due to the death of a loved one

Depression (great sadness, loss of pleasure and enjoyment, feeling that it’s hard to get things done, trouble sleeping, etc)
Past trauma that is having a negative impact on current life
